Qualifications and Experience

Chris is a certified public accountant with twenty years of experience providing accounting and financial management services to small and medium sized businesses.  After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Accounting, Chris worked nine years for an international public accounting firm focused on servicing middle market clients before taking the position of CFO for a publicly traded real estate company.  During his three year tenure as CFO, the company grew more than 54% through organic growth and acquisitions and eventually merged with a larger company. 

Since that time, Chris has provided CFO services to domestic and international companies in various industries, including manufacturing, real estate development, construction, technology, and professional services.


Chris has focused his entire career on serving small to medium sized businesses, so he understands many of the challenges that such companies face.  Tailoring an engagement specific to your needs requires a general understanding of your company, management team, business environment and areas of concern.  This initial understanding is accomplished with a complimentary site visit and meeting with the business owner(s) and is used to develop the blueprint for the engagement.

Shortly after the meeting, a proposal will be provided which includes (1) a general assessment of the company and its needs, (2) a plan of services to be provided, and (3) a contract for such services.  Upon acceptance of the proposal, the plan of services will be executed on the agreed upon schedule and the results will be examined to determine if the goals are achieved.
